Stall Guidelines
SUAP Hygiene Permits
Food vendors must hold all valid hygiene permits required by the Italian local health authority (SUAP) for temporary public food distribution.
Strictly Halal Options
All food products must be clearly labeled, halal, and prepared following clean standards. Allergen sheets must be visible at the counter.
Event Operations
Stalls must open by doors-open and remain operational until the event close. Safety parameters for gas, heating, and power must be strictly respected.
