1. Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing a ticket on GrandMela, you agree to the price set by the event organizer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe card gateways. We charge a processing service fee on paid orders which is non-refundable.

2. Gate Admissions

Each ticket contains a cryptographic signature hash. If the signature is tampered with or modified, admission will be denied. Scanning a ticket twice yields an immediate rejection at the gate.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific event refund policies visible on the details page. If an event is cancelled by the administrator, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
